This also applies to the process flow of hot pressure welding and precision welding. 2. Display assembly: In the assembly process, such as the evaporation of the glass substrate or the sputtering of the ITO film, the cleaning is difficult due to the dirty surface of the glass, and the cleaning effect cannot be achieved. Plasma cleaning can effectively remove surface grease and dust. Plasma treatment before ITO glass is coated with photoresist can effectively improve surface wettability, remove contaminants, reduce bubble products, and remove residual chemicals after pattern transfer. In the liquid crystal module bonding process, organic pollutants such as spilled glue, polarizers, and anti-fingerprint films will be removed during the bonding process. Clean and activate the surface. 3. Display glass: spray a layer of special paint on the surface of the display. The coating can improve the scratch resistance of the display and improve the surface quality of PC (polycarbonate) and PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) displays. In order to ensure that the coating has good adhesion, the surface must be pretreated.
